Waitlist Terms

Who can join

You must be at least 13 years old and able to use this service under the laws that apply to you. Use an email address you control. Do not sign up another person without permission or use the form to send unwanted messages.

What joining means

We send a confirmation email when an eligible signup is accepted. After you confirm, we may email you about beta access, launch and availability while you remain subscribed. Invitations may be sent in stages. We may change or end the waitlist, and we do not promise an invitation, queue position, product feature, price or launch date. Joining does not create an editor account. Any future editor or paid service will have its own applicable terms before you use or buy it.

Leaving and returning

You can stop waitlist updates using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. You do not need an account to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops updates but does not automatically erase all records; our Privacy Notice explains how to request deletion. If you later submit a new signup and confirm it, you can subscribe again. We do not treat silence or a website visit as permission to resume updates.

Use the website responsibly

• Do not submit fraudulent signups, impersonate others, or use the form to send unwanted email.
• Do not disrupt the site, bypass security controls, access private systems without permission, or use the site for unlawful activity.

We may restrict misuse or genuine delivery problems. If you think a restriction is a mistake, contact andrew@dranic.com. Please report security issues privately and avoid accessing other people's data.

Website materials and availability

Dranic's name, website and demonstrations belong to us or our licensors, except where stated otherwise. You may use the site for its intended purpose. Demonstrations show a product in development; they are not a promise that every feature shown will be available. The site may change or be interrupted. External sites linked here have their own terms and practices.

Responsibility and applicable law

To the extent applicable law allows, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular result from joining. Nothing here excludes responsibility or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights. Sri Lankan law governs these Terms except where mandatory rules elsewhere apply. Sri Lankan courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction; any right to use another competent court remains.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for the waitlist. We will change the date above and draw attention to material changes through an appropriate channel. Changes do not take away rights already accrued. Questions, privacy requests or abuse reports: andrew@dranic.com.
