Refund Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Dranic is operated by Andrew Eugene, trading as Dranic, from Colombo, Sri Lanka. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle handles payments and refunds.

Refunds within 14 days

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment, as long as you have not exported a video since that payment. This applies to Starter and to Pro and Max subscriptions. You don't need to give a reason.

A refund ends the plan it paid for straight away, and your account goes back to using the editor without a plan. Your videos stay in your account.

How to ask

  • Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you paid with, and request a refund there.
  • If you need help, email andrew@dranic.com.

Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel Pro or Max at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not charged again. Cancelling is separate from a refund. See our Terms of Service for details.

When a refund may be declined

We or Paddle may decline a refund where we see fraud or abuse, for example repeated buying and refunding. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live, or refunds Paddle offers under its own buyer terms.
