Why a sample Video won’t download
Sample Videos
Your account may have sample Videos made by Dranic, to show what you can make. In Files, a sample says Made by Dranic under its name until you edit it. It’s still a sample after that.
Why it won’t export
Samples export only with Pro or Max. Free and Starter don’t cover them. A copy you make with Duplicate is still a sample. When you click Export on a sample, the plans window opens.
Make your own to download on Free
In Files, click Create Video and build your own. A Video you start yourself downloads on Free, up to 30 seconds. You can open a sample in another tab and use it as a guide.
