Your export failed
Try again first
When an export fails, the export window says why and shows a Try again button. Find the same message in the list on this page, fix what it points to, then click Try again. Keep the tab in view while it exports.
What the messages mean
Your latest edits couldn’t be saved, so the export can’t start yet. Check your internet connection, then try again.
We can’t check your plan right now, so this Video can’t be exported yet. Wait a moment, then try again.
Your sign-in changed. Sign in again, then export.
Video export needs Chrome or Edge. Open the Video in Chrome or Edge on a computer.
If something in a Shot is no longer available, the export window names that Shot. You can export without it, or open the Shot and replace what’s missing.
Too long for your plan
If the message gives your Video’s length, the Video is longer than your plan exports. Trim it, or choose Pro or Max. See Free downloads or Starter for the lengths.
