Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your Videos and everything you uploaded. It can’t be undone.

In Files, click Settings on the left.
In Account, click Delete account at the bottom.
Type your email address to confirm, then click Delete account.

If you have a plan

Pro or Max is cancelled at the same time, with no refund for time you haven’t used. If the plan can’t be cancelled, nothing is deleted, so you’re never charged for an account that’s gone.

Videos you downloaded

Videos you already exported stay on your computer. Each keeps the license of the plan you exported it under.
